 Standard shipping generally takes 1-7 business days for processing and delivery. Kindly ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, including street number, apartment numbers, and zip codes, before finalizing your order. Items usually ship in 1-3 business days. If you need exact timeline OR need a rushed order PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL AND WE CAN HELP!!

The accuracy of the shipping address is the buyer's responsibility. We cannot be held accountable if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We make every effort to expedite the processing and shipping of orders, which allows for a limited window to cancel or modify your order or change the shipping address. If you wish to cancel your order or make changes to the shipping address, please contact us promptly after placing your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

In the event that your package goes missing during transit, please notify us by sending an email to funboxboutique@gmail.com. We will initiate a claim with USPS for the missing package. Once the investigation is completed and it is determined that your package cannot be located, we will reship your items. If the items are unavailable, we will issue a refund for your order. Please note that according to USPS policy, a claim for a missing package can only be filed after the package has been in transit for 15 days.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers, and we will not refund shipping charges if USPS, UPS, or FedEx fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. If your items are not delivered on time, please contact the respective carrier directly. It is important to be aware that we are not liable for stolen packages. Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to provide a refund. If your products are marked as delivered but you have not received them, please get in touch with the carrier to inquire about the package.
