If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to inform us. At Fun Box Boutique, we are more than happy to accept returns for store credit. To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn, and with the tags still attached. Please initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that sale items( exceeding 40% off ) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Kindly be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Please keep in mind that returns may take up to two weeks to process. We recommend keeping track of the return shipment for your own records.

  • Once it is received, we will inspect the item and issue an online gift card to you
  • You can then order a replacement item online and we'll ship it right out!
  • You may also return an online order to our locations. Bring your receipt/invoice with you and you will receive store credit to be used in store.
